On March 10, 2026, Dubai enacted Law No. 3 on Quality and Safety of Buildings, requiring mandatory Quality and Safety Certificates for every building with continuous operational oversight. Combined with Federal Law No. 5 of 2025, building owners now face the most comprehensive indoor air quality mandate in the region.
